Order Process Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by the postal service and depend on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

If it is within the Metro Vancouver area, then it would be delivered within few business days.
Domestic & International Shipping
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Service Interruptions
Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including postal service delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is lost or delayed, we will assist in contacting the postal service, but final responsibility lies with the carrier.
