Another Festive Milestone: Our Second Christmas Market

The set up for our first appearance in a Christmas Market.

Our Second Christmas Market Appearance in the Same Year

As the CEO and Founder, I am proud to share that our second Christmas market appearance within the same year marked a defining moment in our company’s journey. Participating in another major event so soon after our first reinforced my commitment to continue leading the team with clarity, resilience, and purpose. Each appearance challenges us to grow, and I see it as my responsibility to guide the team forward with confidence and vision.

Learning from Our First Market Experience

Our first Christmas Market at CCM Vancouver Center on December 6th was an important learning opportunity, both operationally and as a team. As a leader, I took time to reflect on what worked well and where improvements were needed, ensuring those lessons were clearly communicated and implemented. This reflection allowed our team to move into the second event more prepared, aligned, and motivated. One key improvement we made was introducing a new product—the Zentangle Christmas Design Wine Bag—inspired by customer feedback and on-site observations, adding a festive, gift-ready option that strengthened our product offering and overall brand presence.

Stepping into a Bigger Stage in Mid Town Vancouver

The 2025 Asian Christmas Market at Vancouver Heritage Hall, located closer to Downtown Vancouver, introduced us to a larger audience and significantly higher visitor volume. With more people, more energy, and a larger-scale setup, this event required stronger coordination and leadership. I focused on keeping the team organized, supported, and adaptable throughout the day, allowing us to perform confidently under increased demand.

Growth Through Leadership and Team Collaboration

By applying improvements from our first appearance, we refined our booth setup, customer flow, and internal communication. Continuing to lead the team through these changes helped us manage a much higher number of customers efficiently while maintaining quality interactions. Seeing the team respond positively and work together seamlessly reinforced my belief in leading by example and supporting growth through collaboration.

Moving Forward with Vision and Responsibility

Reflecting on both Christmas market appearances in the same year, I am deeply grateful for the trust and dedication of my team. As CEO and Founder, I remain committed to leading with intention, supporting continuous improvement, and creating opportunities for growth. These experiences have strengthened not only our brand but also my resolve to guide the team forward as we take on larger events and new challenges ahead.

Warm regards,
